This is a good price for this pack IF they actually have it in stock. When I ordered it they did not have the Magenta color, so they sent it with everything except Magenta and then told me they could either send me a replacement non brand name Magenta or refund me. The price they were going to refund me wasn't even equal to what it would cost to buy the Magenta pack on its own. Which is what I would have to do to have a complete set then. It didn't make sense that i should have to lose money on buying a bulk pack from them trying to replace the missing cartridge by buying off another company for more than ExcelToner was willing to refund me. After I explained this and suggested either refunding me equal to the cost of a new magenta cartridge on its own, or sending me one of their XL cartridges for the same model, they then sent me an XL cartridge. In the end they made it right which I appreciate it, but it didn't, come without first being offered several subpar options. Word to the wise - just call them first because they obviously aren't keeping the website updated with stock (the whole time the cartridge has been out of stock it has continued to be advertised on this site as is this multipack which includes it as well). as long as you call first i'm sure it will be fine. Also take note that they use purolator for shipping so a canada post address will not do. No one explained this so the courier couldn't deliver my package. I had to drive an hour into the city to pick it up instead.
